I’m Earl Horn, owner and operator of Threshold Home Inspection. I have years of experience renovating, building and inspecting homes, plus another decade in education. Because I’ve lived in Southern New Hampshire for over 30 years, I understand first-hand the unique demands that this region’s climate puts on a building and its systems.
